Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our sheet metal fabrication workshop has a reputation for expertise in the manufacture of sheet metal products. We have the equipment, technology and trade experience to fabricate customised metal products from stainless steel, aluminum ferrous and non-ferrous material including copper and brass.

Laser Cutting

With the latest in Laser Technology, we can now provide excellent laser cutting capabilities for a range of requirements including intricate shapes, using various material types. We can also offer Laser Marking/engraving. The dual pallet loading system allows us to handle the biggest of jobs with ease.

CNC Water Jet Cutting

Our water jet cutting service allows us to cut a wide selection of materials into virtually any shape or design you can imagine.

CNC Punching

CNC punching is the most efficient way to produce parts with many holes. Our machine will also form countersinks, embossments, extrusions and louvers. This is perfect for customised parts with perforated hole patterns, electrical knock outs, part number stamps and countersunk holes.

CNC Folding

CNC folding allows us to manufacture complex shapes in a variety of material types and thicknesses. Components up to 4m long and up to 10mm thick can be bent efficiently and to a close tolerance.

Perforate Sheet

Unlike solid sheet, perforate sheet is resistant, permeable and transparent; that’s why it’s used in so many sectors. It can be used to solve problems of filtering, separation, protection, soundproofing, decoration, washing and drying and is therefore used in chemical, mining and food industries as well as construction sites, distilleries and more.
